Banquo has a strategic relationship with XL Capital Limited, which through its operating subsidiaries, is a leading provider of insurance, re-insurance coverages, and financial products on a worldwide basis. XL Capital is also a significant minority investor in Banquo.
Banquo is the investment manager to Diversification Notes plc, a Dublin Incorporated public limited company, which issues diversification notes based upon a highly diversified portfolio (Portfolio) of Aaa to Baa2 corporate bonds, ABS and senior bank loans. The Portfolio has obtained bond fund credit quality ratings of A- from Fitch Rating Services Limited and Standard & Poors and an A-/S-2 volatility rating from Standard & Poors and a V-2 volatility rating from Fitch Rating Services Limited.
